SANBORN CENTRAL E-NEWS
The latest Blackhawk shirt orders are in and being
sorted. Shirts that are paid for will be sent home with students. Those that
are not paid for yet will be kept in Tracy Moody’s classroom and will be
available as soon as they are paid for. The Spirit Club thanks you for your
support!
The Blood Drive that had been scheduled for tomorrow at
the school has been cancelled. You are encouraged to donate somewhere else as
the flu season has hit the blood supply pretty hard. Woonsocket has a blood
drive next week. Sanborn Central will have a blood drive in May.
Mr. McCain is in need of two ticket takers for Saturday’s
games with Warner. These people do not have to be school employees. Payment
will be one girls and one boys district pass. You would need to be at the
school by 2:45 p.m. on Saturday. If interested, please contact Mr. McCain at tim.mccain@k12.sd.us or 605-495-4183.
From Tracy Moody: We are desperately looking for about 8
volunteers to help with the concession stand during the JV and Varsity games
with Warner on Saturday starting at 3:30 p.m. If we have enough volunteers, it
would make it easier for everyone to see part of the game. If willing to
help during one or both of the games, please contact Tracy Moody at tracy.moody@k12.sd.us or 605-495-4183.
Thanks so much!!
