Students, tomorrow is Extra Help Day.  If you have missing work or have an "F" in any class you will be required to attend from 8-11AM.  Tomorrow a missing assignment report will go out, and Thursday we will run eligibility.

8:35-9:00    6th/7th Band (Yes, this has some combined time with HS)

*HS Choir & 7/8 will be report at normal times as well as dress rehearsal times.
*The PK-4 classes will only report during dress rehearsal schedule times.  No regular music.
*5/6 are having dress rehearsal during their regular music time.

There will have a GBB meeting today. We will meet in Woonsocket at 11am and then at Sanborn at 11:30am.

Schedule for the Howard JH Track Meet on Friday, April 29th.  The field events will start at 2:00 and the running events at 3:00.  The bus will leave SC at 12:15.

The Jimmy Rearick/Warbird Relays at Redfield for tomorrow (April 29) for high school has been cancelled.
No reports on the junior high track meet at Howard at this time.

Awards night has been changed to Monday, May 9th at 6:00PM to coincide with Woonsocket.

Dual Credit Sign Up
Ms. Amundson has started meeting with students to sign up for dual credit courses for this summer and fall. Current sophomores and juniors, please find a time to meet with Ms. Amundson to sign up for dual credit courses if you would like to do so. Registration must be completed before summer break begins.
Introduction to Pharmacy Technician Program - Opportunity for Upcoming Seniors

DIAL Virtual School is now accepting applications for the Introduction to Pharmacy Technician Program for the 2022-2023 school year.  This course is for seniors graduating in 2023 only.  Please contact Ms. Amundson if interested in this opportunity.

Career Exploration Middle School Summer Camps

Middle school students will have an opportunity to participate in FREE, five-day career exploration camps this summer. Hosted on three South Dakota college campuses, the camps will allow incoming 7th and 8th grade students to experience at least 10 different career paths.

Students will be immersed in engaging, hands-on learning. Throughout the week, they will spend time on university and technical college campuses and visit area businesses and industry. By week’s end, campers will have a better understanding of themselves, their career interests, and how their K-12 education prepares them for professions.

Dates of Camps:

June 26-30, 2022 - Black Hills State University 

June 26-30, 2022 - University of South Dakota
July 24-28, 2022 - South Dakota State University
