Farmers enrollment for grow communities 2023 is now open. The America’s Famers Grow Communities program is a singular effort seeking to give $5,000 grants to a variety of rural nonprofits, education efforts and rural initiatives in a streamlined way. We believe farmers know best which institutions and programs in their communities deserve funding, so we partner with them to direct the grant money.

Schedule a free dental appointment for your child in October! If your child is in need of a dental appointment and you are worried about the cost, call one of our locations nearest you to schedule your child’s free appointment.

From the Hope Lutheran Church in Huron---I am hoping to take a moment of your time to tell you about an opportunity for children in your area. Sleep in Heavenly Peace is a nonprofit organization that provides twin size beds (free of charge) to children ages 3-17 so that no child sleeps on the floor. As part of our mission outreach we are partnering with a chapter in Brookings. By going to the website and choosing the Brookings chapter, anyone can apply for a free bed. The Brookings Chapter would then make contact with us and we would contact the family and set up a time to come in and set the bed up. Besides the twin size beds, sheets, a quilt and pillow are also provided.
