PARENT PORTAL UPDATES:
Household Information – Click on this link to check the information for your household as well as each individual. Request an update if you see anything incorrect.
Calendar – You will see a calendar with information for
your students. The bell icon indicates an attendance event and the A+ icon
indicates assignments (both past and future, depending on how the teacher
utilizes the portal).
To Do List – This includes assignments that have been
entered by the teacher but which are not complete yet. Don’t panic as this also
includes assignments that are assigned with a due date in the future. Once a
grade is entered, the assignment will disappear from the list. This is a great
way to remind a student that their book report is due, or that a big test is
coming up.
Reports – Here you will see the student schedule, missing
assignments (only those the teacher has marked missing), a transcript and a
copy of the current report card.
Select your student and you will see an individual
calendar, schedule and To Do List for that student. Under Schedule you can
click the A+ icon to view the assignments and scores.
Keep in mind that students are able to request their own
login username/password to help them keep current with their assignments and
grades.
If assistance is needed with your portal, please contact
the school and they will be glad to help you with it. Communication between
students, parents and the staff are vital to each and every child’s education.
