Monday, November 14th 2022-Orange Day

In celebration of American Education Week today we celebrate Administration.  Thank You for your dedication to our school!  From the school board members to the superintendent, principal, business manager and tech coordinator, they work as a team to ensure the school runs smoothly.

Tuesday-Support Staff Day-Support staff play and important role in schools from delivering children to and from school and cleaning hallways and bathrooms to cooking meals, supporting students, and answering phones.  Without them, schools would be lost!

Wednesday-Community Day-The community also plays a vital role in supporting staff and students of the local school districts.  From cheering at ball games, volunteering to read in a classroom, and donating snacks, books, and more, schools need the community!  Stop in at 2:45PM to "Connect With Kids" and enjoy a cookie!  We will have different activities set up in the gym/commons to work on with the kids.

Thursday-Teacher Day-It had been said that teaching in not a job, but a lifestyle...and most teachers have been practicing for that lifestyle since playing school as kids!  From writing lesson plans and correcting papers to acting out the story with all the crazy voices and making up songs to remind kids hoe the water cycle works, teaching is a passion.  Thank a teacher today!

Friday-Student Day-Students are our business!  Without students, schools would not exist.  Students will enjoy a movie and snack provided by the Booster Club today.  Students may wear their favorite warm and cozy pj's and bring a pop, juice, water or sports drink (20 oz. or smaller)labeled with their name to drink during the movie!  Thank You students.

Community
T-hugs, a group of Woonsocket quilters, is in need of any
