Blue Day
Congrats to the 6th grade girls basketball team on their 1st place finish in the Cancer Tourney and the boy's on their 2nd place finish.
Today Is
Administrative Day for American Education Week.
Please thank those that keep your school running without a hitch. Gayle, Mr. Olsen, Mrs. Vermeulen and Mr.
Siemsen you go above and beyond what is asked of you in your job position. From lunch, to hall duty and driving bus,
crunching the numbers, and getting all of the technology at our school in tip
top shape!!! Our school board members

Schmit, thank you making the important decisions that matter in making Sanborn
Central the best of the best.
Children’s Theatre audition for X is for
Zebra, will be held on 3:30 today in the SD gym. Students that are trying must be at the
school from 3:30-5:30. After the
auditions the cast will be announced.
Some older students will need to return for rehearsal after a 30 minute
dinner break. All parents should plan to
come at the end of auditions.
*rehearsals will take place every day
from 3:30 to 8:00. Although not all cast
members will be needed at every session, those auditioning must have a clear
schedule for the entire week and if selected, be able to attend all rehearsals
for their role. A detailed rehearsal
schedule is distributed at the conclusion of the auditions.
Good luck to the following Ag. students that will be competing at the District 4 LDE's today at
MTI. Ag Issues: Katie, Sam, Megan, Josie, Carter, Aiden and Devyn;
Employment Skills: Katie and Morgan; Creed Speaking: Brady and Sidney; Extemp
Speaking: Carter and Mason; Ag Sales: Mason, Tryce, Xavier and Noah W.;
Prepared Public Speaking: Bailey and Ellie; and Ag Broadcasting: Brylee and
Bailey.
The bus
will leave Woonsocket at 12:30 and SC at 12:45. Bring money for supper.

Students who will be attending the Region 5 JH Band/Choir Festival in Platte Tuesday November 19th include Alex Schelske, Caleb Kneen, Bryce Larson, Evan Easton, Aubrey Senska, Kara Wormstadt, Morgan Hoffman, Isabella Bitterman, Cooper Goldammer, Karter Rolston. Please remember to come to school dressed in your concert clothes. The bus will depart from Sanborn Central at 6:30am. Students will be returning around 5:15-30pm.
