will play tonight.
The 5/6th
ball teams host Corsica/Stickney at Woonsocket today. Boys will tip off
at 4:30 followed by the girls at 5:30.
HS FB
practices at Woonsocket today.
Juniors you
need to have your Little Caesar pizza orders to me by Wednesday at 8:15. Also, the
magazine sales orders are due next Friday. Ms. Farrell-Poncelet
Leave time
for Region Cross Country on Wednesday, October 10th is 9:30 from
Woonsocket. Start time in Gettysburg is 1:00 with Girls Varsity followed
by Boys Varsity and Junior Varsity.
On
Wednesday, October 10th we will be taking the 8th - 12th grade students to
Huron for a special presentation. The students will be fortunate enough
to hear a speaker who survived the Holocaust. We will leave here around
9:10 or so and return around 11, give or take. It should be an
excellent experience.

will be in Woonsocket Wednesday morning – No Counseling
The following students will be attending the
SDSU All-State Choral Preparation Day in Brookings on October 11th: Lucy
Nicholson, Dayton Easton, Harley Kneen, Leighton Tarbox, Tory Reinders, Alexis
Kelly, Shania Cornelius, and Teagen Swearingen. The bus will leave
Woonsocket at 6:00 am and Sanborn Central at 6:15 am. Students need to
bring music folders, pencil, water, and lunch money.
Cheer
leading signup sheet is in the office for the basketball season.

ATHLETICS
Leave
time for Region Cross Country is 9:30 from Woonsocket. Start time in

BAND
Friday’s
marching competition in Volga, SD - Students will depart at 7:45am from
Woonsocket and 8:00am from Sanborn Central. We should be back around 3pm.
What to Bring: Instrument, Long black socks, Clothes to wear
under your uniform, $7.00 (2 slices of pizza, apple, water, cookie) Below
is the itinerary for Friday’s marching competition in Volga, SD. Students will

All-State
Chorus & Orchestra tickets will be sold through the Rushmore Plaza Civic
Center and will go on sale at 1:00 pm (CT) on October 15th. Copy and

It has been
brought to our attention that several of our students have food
allergies. We are able to offer alternate foods, meals, drinks to meet
your child’s needs if the proper documentation is provided. Forms were
sent home with students who indicated allergies on the medical information
form. If your child has allergies we would be willing to see what
can be done to provide a healthy school lunch. Feel free to fully
complete (including the doctor signature) the form below and return to us.
Cancer Awareness Nights
October 11th
when we travel to White Lake for Volleyball they will be hosting a Think Pink
Night. Complete with a silent basket auction, specials at concession
stand, and selling shirts. More information can be found at
