Orange Day
Happy Birthday Shawna Baysinger!
Today's school counselors
are vital members of the education team. They help all students in the areas of
academic achievement; personal/social development and career development, ensuring
today's students become the productive, well-adjusted adults of tomorrow. Sanborn Central has been very fortunate to
have some of the best counselors in the area.
Mrs. Johnson works with our smallest students to our college bound
ones. We take our hats off to you for
always going above and beyond for us!!!!

Do you know a teacher who is
dedicated, inspiring, and making a difference? The classroom teacher is
the backbone of the American educational system. No one person has a greater
impact on the education of a child than does the teacher who creates the primary
learning and instructional environment. Nominate a teacher for the
Sanborn Central Teacher of the Year. Forms are available in the office.
BOARD
Attention
all Sanborn Central Community Members: The SC Board of Education and District

following items: the purchase of and instillation of appropriate and adequate
seating (for 500 spectators) and a large press box/concession stand/bathrooms
at the field (currently there are limited concessions and portapots at the
field (spectators can go into the school for concessions and use the
bathrooms). The Board would like input on this potential project from the
community members in order to make any decisions that would best fit the
district as a whole. If any community member has an opinion, one way or the
