It's the 100th day of school here at Sanborn Central.  In the spirit of the occasion our students have dressed up to mimic 100 year old's.  The weekend has really aged some of them:)

Sanborn Central would like to recognize those who are consistently showing responsibility by being dependable, keeping promises, and honoring their commitments.  We have come to the end of January, which means we will be moving on to a new pillar.

Jalyn's Cheer Team Updates
Another day to LOVE! (1-29)
Little Miss hit it hard this morning starting at 8:00am with PT. Breakfast was cut short for OT and lab draws, followed by doctor rounds and speech therapy. The busy morning was worth having the rest of the day to ourselves.
The swelling remains pretty significant in her right eye and forehead. Dr. Trumble reassured us again that it’s just going to be a waiting game as her body works to absorb whatever fluid is causing it.
Patrick took a trip to the farm to have Jacee and Pasyn help him get the heifer barn rebedded and ready for babies. Jalyn surprised Nana Julie, then Papa Tim by meeting them with hugs in the hallway when they got off the elevator. Our day was made even better when our nurse let us take a trip to the lobby to see Papa Don and Grandma Sharon!
We continue to be overwhelmed by the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from each and every one of you! Thank you will never be enough!

01/30/2022
Family is EVERYTHING! WE LOVE TODAY!
Jalyn woke up with BOTH eyes able to open! The swelling has gone down significantly and her pretty brown eyes are sparkling. We’ve been enjoying a nice relaxing Sunday with not much to report other than… for the first time in *13* looooong days, we got to be together as a family of 5. She also got to see her Pearson cousins! It may have only been for a super short bit, but it sure felt good! Family is the best medicine for sure!
Thanks again for all the prayers, love, and support! The power of prayer is amazing and God is Good!!

There is a Venmo account set up for donations for Jalyns medical expenses- @prayersforJalyn
