Jalyn's Cheer Team Updates
WE LOVE TODAY!!!
Jalyn got to ditch all but two of her remaining “accessories” today! The only thing she has left is one IV access for just-in-case purposes and the pulse oximeter. We got to move from the PICU to a regular room (with our very own bathroom!!)
She had some pretty impressive swelling that showed up near her right temple tonight that sent mom into a panic. Neurology doesn’t seem too concerned as her CT this morning looked stable and all of her vitals and neurological responses are within reason. For now we will continue to monitor all of the above and hope that we see nothing but a decrease in swelling come tomorrow. She frequently flashes us the smile we waited so long to see and reminds us that everything is going to be alright.
Thank you all for the continued support, love, and prayers! ❤️
