Today's announcements
Today American Education Week is celebrating parents and the community members!  The Sanborn Central School District is blessed to have the community and parental support that we have.  Thank You to each and every one of you that have contributed in some way to making Sanborn Central top notch.

An admissions counselor from Dakota Wesleyan University will be coming today at 1:30 pm in the middle school lab to talk with prospective junior or senior students.

Follow games, headlines and brackets for the State  B VB Tournament in Rapid City at Class B Volleyball State Championship

Mark your calendar.  The cast of the Missing Mountain Mystery are hard at work this week preparing a great show for all to see.  An afternoon matinee will be held at 2:00 on Friday for SC students. Community members who attend Friday's matinee will be charged $6.00. Saturday's public performance will be at 6:30. Admission on Saturday is $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students.

Due to the amount of Children in the play, WWTS Church group in Artesian is cancelled for today.
Tuesday, November 23rd, Wednesday, December 1st and Monday, December 6th WWTS will take place in Artesian.  Wednesday, December 8th will be the program and December 15th the party.  

Letcher will still proceed forward with having Sonshine Club from 3:45-5:30 and Confirmation from 6:30-8:00 tomorrow.

Sanborn Central: Load at 6:15 am. Depart at 6:20 am.
From Woonsocket: Load at 6:35 am. Depart at 6:40 am.Return approximately 10:00 pm.

There is no Boys Junior High open gyms this week on Thursday as the girls will have the gym.

Dean of Students Announcement
On Thursday, November 18 at 1:30 pm, Elizabeth (Libby) Flemming will be giving a presentation about the National Guards. Any junior or senior who is interested in learning more about the Guards is welcome to attend.

Community
The Town and Kountry Kids 4-H Blue Group is holding a hat and mitten drive. Please drop off hats and mittens at one of our locations before December 5th. We will be donating them to community members in need this winter.

Drop off locations include: Sanborn Central and Woonsocket schools, Country pumper, Letcher Community Church, CorTrust Bank Letcher

Dakota News Now will be airing Dilyan Brooks interview for the Central Electric scholarship on Monday, November 11th at 6PM on KSFY, and again November 23rd between 6 and 7AM.
