We will run eligibility Thursday, September 10th.  Parents/students if you are wondering about your grades and assignments and need to gain access to a parent or student portal please e-mail Laura at laura.licht@k12.sd.us

Best of luck to the VB ladies as they travel to Corsica to battle Corsica/Stickney.  The festivities will start with JH at 4:15 followed by C, JV and V.  The bus will leave SC at 2:30.  The VB games can be viewed at http://jags.live/volleyball/ Ticket prices are 5 for adult and 3 for student, and exact change is appreciated.

FB Info-Varsity (those not playing in JV game) Practice 6:15-7:30 AM in Woonsocket (Just Helmets) JH/JV travel to Winner. SC players will leave at 1:15 pm. Woony at 1:30 and bus will leave from Springs at 1:45. 8th grade plays at 4:30. Followed by 7th grade. JV should start around 6:00, but it is a rolling schedule. White Jerseys.

The kitchen is looking for a substitute on an as needed basis.  This position would vary for dish-washing to meal-prep.  The hours would include the times of 6:30-2:00.  Please call 605-495-4183 and talk to Laura in the kitchen if you are interested.

Parents, please mark your calendars...Parent Teacher Conferences will take place Thursday, September 17th from 1-7.  School will dismiss at 12:30 that day, and Friday September 18th will be a no school day.

Thursday: HS & JH practice 4-6 pm in Woonsocket (HS in Helmets & Shoulder Pads. JH=Full pads)

 Friday: HS football game at Forestburg vs. Stanley County. 7pm kickoff. Springs' bus will leave at 4:30.  Dakota Radio Group of Pierre will be broadcasting the football game.

Mrs. Foxley

Juniors and seniors will attend the Fall College Fair virtually this year. Sanborn Central time to attend the virtual college fair will be Wednesday, September 23 from 10-11 am. Mrs. Foxley will be meeting with juniors and seniors to get them registered. 

 Seniors will  take the NCRC Test on Wednesday, September 9 during Mr. Flatten's class with them.

All juniors will take the ASVAB test on Wednesday, October 7 at 8:15. 

Community

A Booster Club meeting will take place September 9^th at 7:00 in the commons.  All are welcome to attend.

A blood drive will take place at the 4-H Building Wednesday, September 16th from 8:45-11:30.  Please call the school at 495-4183 if you are interested in donating.  Masks are required while you are in the 4-H Building.
