Good Luck to the Blackhawk Guys as they play JVC in district games tonight.  Tipoff is at 5:30 in the Huron Arena – KOKK will be broadcasting the games.  Bus leaves here at 3:20 today.  Loud and Proud Blackhawk Fans!

The 2nd grade students are hosting their annual “Save the Tiger” bake sale to the other elementary students this afternoon!

It’s  Dr Seuss week at SC Elementary…..Tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday (wackiest socks), Thursday is Theodore Day (dress like your favorite Dr. Seuss character) and Friday is Funny Food Friday (Wear Green)

The 4th grade will enjoy a Central Electric Presentation tomorrow at 10:30.

The March calendar and menus have been uploaded to our Google Drive.

HS Students - All students interested in purchasing a prom shirt must pay $15 to Mr. Flatten prior to ordering on March 13th 

ACADEMICS
The March Tutoring Schedule has been added to the Google Drive.  Mrs. Miller has also added Monday, March 6th to the schedule due to the quarter ending on Thursday, March 9th!

The end of our 3rd quarter is just days away!   Be checking your portal and get all those missing assignments turned in.  If you experience problems or need a tutorial please contact Mary at mary.ackman@k12.sd.us

The Legion Auxiliary Poems & Essays are due March 1st.

Mrs. Johnson’s plans have changed and she will be here on Thursday, March 2nd!

Senior Project - Senior Work Day set for March 7th and Senior Presentations are March 24th.

ATHLETICS
There will be a Girls Region BB pep rally Friday, March 3rd at 2:30PM in Woonsocket.  All high school students will be attending!

KOKK 1210 am http://www.performance-radio.com/  and KOOL98 http://kool98.com/  will be broadcasting from the Madison gym Friday night as the Lady Blackhawks take on the DeSmet Lady Bulldogs!

FFA
SC/W FFA will participate in the Redfield CDEs this Friday, March 3rd.  Leave Sanborn Central at 7:20 a.m. and Woonsocket at 7:30 a.m.  Only FFA members who have paid their dues will be allowed to attend.  Members attending: (some of these people need to pay their dues yet!) Note: Funds raised will be matched up to $1250 by the Woonsocket area chapter of Modern Woodmen of America.
