is one-act play time again and Mrs. Danek is looking for a few items. We
need an old fashioned tea pot, a beret, a doctor's bag, and a smock that a
painter might wear. If you have any of these things and the play
could borrow them, she would appreciate it. It would be nice to have them

4 FFA Star Interview Results: Star in Agribusiness- Aaron
Linke – 2nd place; Star in Placement - Ty Ziebart – 1st
place; Star Greenhand- Austin Schmit – 1st place and
Sawyer Senska – 2nd place!
All four applications will advance on to state level judging. At state
level judging, four state finalists will be selected. Those finalists
will then interview to win during State Convention.
The SC
Rebels Powerlifting Team competed in the Brandon Valley Invite on Saturday for
their first meet. The meet participant schools were mostly "AA"
schools and a handful of smaller schools, such as us. Powerlifting meets
consist of three lifts: Squat, Bench, & Deadlift. You get three
chances at weights the player/coach chooses. The accumulative score
decides the winner. A few of our boys struggled in squats and meeting the
judges requirements for a proper lift. Therefore, those athletes accumulative
scores were on the lower end since we scored a "0" in that certain
lift. We will correct this for our next meet at SF Lincoln on Feb.
