board meets Monday, January 9th at 7:00pm.
Senior,
Breanne Brandenburg, has been working with the American Red Cross for her
senior project. She had Red Cross
representatives visit with selected elementary classes regarding natural
disasters and house fires. They completed
the pillow case project (sponsored by Disney).
Breanne wants to remind our students and patrons that if you don’t have
a working smoke alarm – you should go to https://getasmokealarm.org and check into their free program. This can save your life!!!!
ACADEMICS

Students have until January 17th to switch classes for this
semester.
Our next
eligibility will be on January 19th.
We encourage students to turn their work in on time and staff to post
grades daily.

ATHLETICS
The Lady
Blackhawks travel to Redfield to participate in their Classic tomorrow. The classic begins at noon and we play the
final game of the day with Warner at 6:00.
Forms were sent home with 3rd and 4th
Grade girls basketball players. These forms need to be signed and
returned (leave jersey number blank) either to the school office or Kayla Olson
by Saturday, January 14th. If the form is not returned, the
player will not receive a uniform.

Avon will be hosting 3/4th Girls Basketball if
