Their next challenge will be on Wednesday, November 21. You can listen to the podcasts at www.q107radio.com/cms/quizbowl.

There will be a Brainstorming Session with Mr. Kroeger on Monday, November 12 at 6:00 p.m. in the Woonsocket High School commons. The session will be to discuss the future of the band program. Specific items include: Help needed for a feed to precede the concert on November 20, possible purchase of new marching percussion equipment, and marching band uniforms. This session is open to the parents of band students and interested community members.

The Huron School Board is offering the movie "Bully" at no cost to anyone in the Huron area (including the Sanborn Central School District) on the following dates and times at the Logan Theatre in Huron: Thursday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 4 at 12:00 noon. It is free of charge.  Parents are encouraged to watch the trailer on the website (www.thebullyproject.com) as this is an intense movie and not designed for all children.  It is rated PG13 but parents should be aware that there are some scenes that could be disturbing.  The Huron School Board has paid for these showings and wants to pack the theatre for both shows.  Sanborn Central would like to thank the Huron School Board for offering our students and parents this opportunity.
