High School Track is in Mt. Vernon for the Greenway Relays. The meet will start at 10:30 and athletes departed at 8:45.

Golf meet today in Huron.

Monday, JH track will be at Alexandria with a 1:00 start. The bus is leaving at 11:15 from SC.

High school students need to sign up for a Service Day project by this Friday. The sign-up is posted on Mrs. O-VW's door. Service Day is next Friday, May 1st

Sanborn Central: We have had to change the date for the spring concert due to a scheduling conflict. The spring concert will take place at Sanborn Central on April 30th rather than May 5th. Time is still 6:30 PM. This has been adjusted for future calendars as well. - Supt. Flatten

Concert Day Rehearsal Schedule:
Sanborn Central: Thursday, April 31st 
Band:
*Band area will be set up the day before*
9:00: 5th Grade through 11th grade to the gym 
5th Grade will rehearse first 
6-7 band will join the 5th grade for their joint songs 
5th grade will put away instruments/binders and stay to listen to 7-11 band 
7-10 band will rehearse. 
We will be done by 10:30. 
Choir/Music:
6-12 choir during the music block from 11:00-12:00 
3-5 from 12:45-1:15
PK-2 from 1:30-2:00.

As we look ahead to summer, I wanted to share a great resource for students interested in exploring different career paths across South Dakota.
Several colleges and organizations throughout the state are offering career exploration camps and experiences during summer 2026. These opportunities allow students to learn more about potential careers, participate in hands-on activities, and experience college campuses.
