Isabella Bitterman has been selected and sponsored by the Artesian American Legion Auxiliary to attend South Dakota American Legion Auxiliary Girls State this summer. ALA Girls State will be held on the University of South Dakota's campus in Vermillion, from May 29-June 3. Izzy will learn more about the American system of government and meet lots of new people. Izzy is the daughter of Charmayne Henrickson and Kris Bitterman. We look forward to hearing about her experience!
Boys State registration is due May 1st, so stay tuned for our Boys State attendees.
In the event that tomorrow may be a Remote Learning day here is a schedule to follow. We have full intentions of a regular "In Person" day but we are planning ahead in case Mother Nature cast another winter storm for our area!

There will be a short track meeting on Monday, March 13th at 8:15AM at SC for any students in grades 7th-12th interested in doing track this year.
The first day of practice will be Monday, March 20th.
We will have a golf meeting on March 14th @ 11:30 a.m. in Mr. Rodriguez's room.

Sophie Kelly will be collecting donations as a Letcher Junior Post 93 Legion Auxiliary mission. Please bring your used tennis shoes to the Sanborn Central School to help out Veterans. This will be going on March-May.
