Central. The JVG tip off at 4:00
followed by the JVB, VG, and VB. The Pep Band will play tonight as well as a
Winterguard Performance at half time. You
can watch the games on our Santel Channel – 107; however they will not be on

The Girl
Scouts will be selling cookies tonight at the ball game. Varieties include Thanks-A-Lot, Cranberry
Citrus, Lemonade, Short Bread, Thin Mints, Peanut Butter, Caramel Delites, and
Peanut Butter Sandwich. If you can’t
make it to the game – see Sidney Salas to purchase yours!
Academics
The
deadline to receive bonus points for parent conferences is noon tomorrow!
Friday, February 26th is our extra help day. We will run missing assignment reports for
students from Campus Wednesday morning.
We will re-run the campus list Thursday, February 25th and
begin calling parents at 1:00. Students
be sure to check out your portal and get a head start on any missing
assignments. Teachers be sure to use the
missing and turned in options in your grade book!

The
Booster Club is excited to bring Cold Stone ice cream to Sanborn
Central!! The booster club will have it available at the doubleheader
games with Mitchell Christian Thursday the 18th!
The Sanborn Central Foundation will be
entertaining the crowd with Chuck-a-Duck! Rubber ducks will be sold in
the lobby and prizes will be awarded! All proceeds will go to the SC
Foundation.
3/4 girls will
have a scrimmage at Wolsey this Friday at 6pm. Please have the girls to Wolsey
by 5:45. We will play 2 scrimmages.

for the MS Round Robin to be held on February 20th at SC has been

FFA
Pennies,
Pennies, Pennies……SCW FFA will kick off FFA week with a Penny War at Sanborn
Central. All proceeds will be donated to
the Believe Scholarship fund. The team
with the most pennies will enjoy a cook out with our FFA!

FFA Sign up for Redfield CDEs March 4th is on the board in
the Ag Room. You have until Feb. 23rd to sign up.
Try on your FFA Jackets and make sure they fit! If
they do not, we need to work on ordering you a new one.

starting a new annual contest, the SD School Challenge. This year, we
have partnered with the Children’s Museum of South Dakota to assist in
promotion. The concept is quite simple. For every ticket order that
is placed, their school affiliation will get entered to win a visit from Jack

The David Olson Memorial
Texas Hold’em Poker Tournament will be held on February 20th at the
Artesian Community Center. This event is hosted by the Artesian Fire
Department. Join them for supper and an evening of fun!
Artesian Area WWTS (Walking With the Savior) will begin on
Wednesday, Feb. 24th from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Artesian First Lutheran
Church. The program welcomes ALL youth ages kindergarten through sixth
grade and will meet weekly on Wednesdays. Youth are encouraged to come and
experience the fun and learning of puppet plays, Bible stories and activities,
crafts and singing. Hope to see you there!!!!!
