We shot 25/52 FG for 48% and 8/21 FT for 38%. We had 33 rebounds and 15
turnovers. Coach Olson’s comments: We were not very
focused the first half even after jumping out 8-0. Playing sluggish and
not getting into any offensive sets. However, we regrouped at halftime (leading
24-14) and set a terrific tone in the first 5 minutes stretching the lead to 25
points. We were able to play everyone and keep them all healthy.
Congratulations to the boys for a great regular season going 17-3 against a
very tough schedule. The boys will look to avenge an earlier loss as we
play JVC in districts on Tuesday night at 5:30.

Dr.
Seuss…..“Think and wonder,
wonder and think.” In today’s world of multimedia flooding our senses at all
times, it’s important to take time to just think. Unplug a bit and ponder big
thoughts. There are so many movies, TV shows, video games, and music that fill
our heads with someone else’s thoughts that it’s vital to clear your mind on
occasion and see what your own thoughts are. Wonder about where you’re going,
think about what you want. Ponder the great mystery of life and see what you
come up with.
