to the JH Basketball teams as they play Kimball/white Lake in Woonsocket
tonight. The girls will tip off at 6:00
followed by the boys. These games will
not aired on our Santel Channel or the Cube.
HS Girls practice
at SC and Boys at Woonsocket today.
Winterguard
will practice at SC today from 5:30-8:30.
ACADEMICS
The
last day for high school students to change classes is Friday, January 15.
There will be no Tutoring on Thursday – January 14th as Mrs.
Miller will be attending a meeting. The January Tutoring Schedule can be found on our Google Drive in the
Calendars & Schedules folder
The first eligibility of the quarter will be ran this Thursday, January
14th. Please make sure that
all your work is turned and that grades are posted.
It is
time once again to nominate your favorite teacher for the 2016 Sanborn Central
"Teacher of the Year". The nomination form is available in the
office or on our website by following this link:
Nominations
must be in by 4:00pm on February 29, 2016.
ATHLETICS
The Lady
Blackhawks lost to Warner in the Refield Classic on Saturday 30-41. Leaders: Myah
Selland - 22 points, 8 rebounds and 6 steals; Tayla Weber - 5 points; Kayla
Olson - 3 points, 2 assists and 4 steals.
There has
been a change of schedule for the double header Tuesday, January 12th
at Kimball.
At 5:00-Both JV games will be played at the same time in both of our
gyms. 6:30-Girls Varsity in Main gym
followed by Boys Varsity at 8:00 in the Main gym. Bus will leave SC @ 3:10.

Folder – Basketball. We play Iroquois at
3:30. The games will be aired on KOKK

The Blackhawk Ladies will play Viborg/Hurley at 1:30 at the Corn Place

The 34th Annual Hanson Girls and Boys Classic Courtside Seats will go on sale, Tuesday, January 5th at 9:00 am.
Courtside
seats will cost $25.00 each and they’re good for the entire event that
day. All other general admission tickets can be purchased the day of the
event.
The Girls
Hanson Classic will take place on January 16th starting at 9:00 am.
The Boys
Hanson Classic will take place on January 23rd starting at 10:00 am.
