November 14th, 2018

Wednesday November 14th

Orange day

WWTS meets in Artesian today.

Rock Solid has their senior youth meal today.

Today is Administration Day for American Education Week. Do you realize how fortunate our district is to have administrators who are willing to pitch in and do whatever is needed for our youth and staff? Mrs. Bechen always has the perfect paper trail to assist in guiding the rest of the administration. I would bet a coke that not many principals and superintendents spend as much time interacting with students as Mrs. Vermeulen and Mr. Siemsen do - from breakfast, to lunch, hall duty, and driving bus!!! Last but not least is our tech admin, Mr. Olsen as a day without technology is a total disaster! Our school board members Brenda, Clayton, Justin, Gary, and Curtis always have an “Open Ear” to our district patrons, staff, and students. We consider them innovative and progressive! Thank you one and all!

Eligibility will be done tomorrow at noon, November 15th. Get your assignments turned in today to stay off the list!!!!!

Tomorrow is teacher day and Friday student day for American Education Week. Friday elementary students may wear PJs. We will have movies and popcorn in the afternoon for all students. Mrs. Wilson is in charge of movies for high school. Mrs. Farmer is in charge of movies for middle school.
The Booster Club is providing pop and popcorn.

Ms. West will be here tomorrow (Thursday) so there will be band. She will be leaving at 1:00 Monday (Nov. 19). There will be no 5-7 band lessons or class after 1pm.
