U6 Soccer
will practice at 5:30 today and U8 at 6:30.
There will
be a teacher negotiation meeting at 7:45 tomorrow morning in Mrs. T Moody’s
room.
Play
practice this week at 7:45 – Act I Wednesday, and Friday with Act II Thursday.
Golf & Track Pictures at Woonsocket tomorrow. Golf pics at 2:30 (Dillon M, Garrett D,
Trevor O, Trent K). The track bus leaves
at 2:40PM with Track pics at 2:50PM. Track practice will
be in Woony. Members are Abby V, Catherine B, Kayla O, Maddie V,
Sarah M, Chloe D, Katie S, Samantha D, Cassidy S, Austin S, Sawyer S, Koby L,

ACADEMICS
Thursday, April 7th the freshman will be attending
Freshman Impact Day in Wessington Springs.
At this time, we aren’t sure if the entire class is going or not – it depends
on who returns their forms, or what time they are leaving. Ethan,
Levi, Abigail, Alex - Please turn in your consent forms for Freshman
Impact Day today.
Students – just a couple of days
away from eligibility. Be sure to check
your portal for missing work and get it turned in before the Thursday
deadline! Teachers – please let us know

The schedule for the SBA Track meet
on April 12th has been posted in the track folder under the Athletic

Coach Weber's
Round-Ball Camp will be held on Thursday, May 26 for students in grades 2nd -
8th next year. Camp forms can be found on the Google Drive in the
Basketball Folder. Forms are due by Friday, April 22nd so the shirts can

FFA
Sunday, April
10th-Tuesday, April 12th SC/W FFA will be attending the annual SD FFA State
Convention in Brookings. We will start bag checks at Woonsocket at 11: 50
a.m. and plan to leave by 12:10 p.m. We will then stop at Sanborn Central and
plan to leave there by 12:30 p.m. and finally stop at Artesian and plan to
leave there by 1:00 p.m.
Members will
be receiving a packet today with forms that must be signed and the rules for
State Convention. Some of these must be provided in duplicate.
There are extra copies in the packet for those forms that must be
provided in duplicate. Please bring these forms back to Mr. Gross at the
school as soon as they are completed.

There will
be a Hunt Safe Course April 11, 12, and 16 at the 4-H Building in
Forestburg. The 11th and 12th sessions
will run from 6:00-9:00 pm the 16th will
begin at 8:00 am and be done by noon. You must attend all 10 hours to
pass. All materials will be furnished and there is no cost. You
also must register on line at the GFP web site http://gfp.sd.gov/outdoor-learning/hunter-education/
