On 8/19, the Woonsocket/Wessington Springs/Sanborn Central varsity football team lost their away non-conference game against Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD) by a score of 37-8. The boys will be back on the road vs. Jim River Valley at Scotland on Friday, August 26th. 98.3 will be broadcasting Friday’s football game at Scotland.

JH-JV Football Schedule
*The JH-JV football schedule has changed slightly.
On September 26 our JH and JV football teams will play at Bridgewater as planned, but both JH and JV will play at same time starting at 3:30 pm. We made this change so students and parents can make it back to respective schools for coronation.
The bus will leave at 4:15 from Woonsocket and 4:25 from Sanborn. Our match starts around 6pm, the first match is at 5:15, rolling schedule.
