Spirits are bright today, and this evening the public is invited to join us for a fun filled Christmas Concert starting at 7:00! Come early as the staff and students have been working extra hard on decorating their doors for the chance of winning a prize from the Booster Club! Who gets to cast the judgement of the best door, well you of course! Voting will start at 6:15 and a ticket will be handed out to you as you arrive. This ticket will need to be filled out for your official vote to be submitted.
Best of luck to Dana S, Toby K and Keaton F as they travel to Watertown to show off their welding talents today at Lake Area Tech. These students should return around 4:00.

Parents, the lost and found is overflowing. If you think that your child is missing something from home please take time to stop by the lost and found table in the commons before or after the concert.
Friday, December 10th is Extra Help Day and only students with Missing Assignments and F's are required to attend. A call will be made on Thursday if your child needs to be in attendance. A missing assignment report will go out on Wednesday to parent e-mail's.

Families may pre-order and pre-pay online for Winter Sports Portraits at this link through the
night before picture day. Simply click on your school event name (look for Winter Sports). You can combine online orders by entering each student’s name when prompted in the beginning.

Wednesday, December 22nd Sanborn Central will dismiss at 11:00 for the Christmas Break, we will not be serving lunch that day, and attendance is optional for MS and HS students. School will not be in secession December 23rd through January 2nd.
Blue Day semester test will take place Monday, December 20th and orange day testing on Tuesday, December 21st. High School Students that are not testing will have open campus, with the exception of students with an "F" in any subject.

Pony Hills Wrestling: There will be a parent meeting this Tuesday, December 7th at 6:30pm in the Wessington Springs Elementary Library. Please come get your wrestler signed up and discuss the upcoming AAU wrestling season. There will not be practice, just a meeting.
Reminder: $65 singlet deposit and $25 club fee (separate payments please)Bring your wrestling singlets with you and if you have any wrestling shoes you aren’t using and want to donate back to the program, we’ll put them out to share with others.
The Artesian Area WWTS Christmas Program will be held Wednesday Dec. 8th at 6:30 pm at the Artesian First Lutheran Church. The title of the program is “The Animals’ Christmas, and focuses on the stable animals’ reaction to the birth of Jesus in “their stable”. The youth will also sing and drum to “The Little Drummer Boy”. The highlight of the evening will be the celebration of Jesus’ birthday. Lunch will be served by the church ladies following the program. Those participating in the program are: Paisley King, Kinsley Grassel, Kelly and Cade Wilson, Kiera, Hannah, and Ryder Pollard, Adalie and Nolan Enfield, Owen Austerman, Carlee Spelbring, Alexis and Andi Fridley, Ayden Kaiser, Malori Hoffman, Whitney and Kaylee Adams, Harper and Claire Moore, and Sullivan Licht. Come and enjoy the true meaning Christmas! JESUS IS REASON FOR THE SEASON!!
