Monday (1/27) 8th students attending CPR training at noon are: Mason B, Keaton F, Trey M, Karter R, Kara W, and Kerstyn S in the counselor’s room. The remaining 8th grade students will have a February 6th CPR class.

ATHLETICS
KOOL-98 will be broadcasting our doubleheader games with Hanson on Tuesday night.
The Hanson Junior Class is hosting a chili feed during the double header against SCW on Tuesday, January 28. We will serve from 5pm until halftime of the varsity boys' game, or until the chili is gone! A free will donation will go toward the prom banquet and dance. Thank you for your support!

On Feb. 8, the JV girls and boys game will both start at 2PM at Wolsey (using 2 gyms), followed by Varsity Girls 3:30 and then Varsity Boys at 5PM.

MUSIC
The 6/7 band will be performing with the pep band on Thursday, January 30th at the girls basketball game in Woonsocket. Students will only be playing pre-game for the varsity game. They should plan to be ready to play around 6:30pm and are free to leave once the varsity game has started. Students will receive a grade for this performance. Please inform Miss West if you are unable to attend via the Remind app or at Janae.west@k12.sd.us.

Candy-gram slips were sent home with preschool through sixth grade students today. Parents may make their selections (if they choose to participate) and send the slip and the money back with their student by January 30th. The Candy-grams will be delivered to the recipients on February 13th. Seventh through seniors and staff, slips will be available right inside Ms. Farrell-Poncelet's room on the table and in the work room for anyone who wants to participate.

A community fund raiser is
taking place for the family of Dave Wanner of Titchcock-Tulare. They are making school mugs and donating the
proceeds to the Dave-Jonnyk Seamanda Wanner family. If you are interested in having your very own
Blackhawk cup please visit the
facebook page of Koree Nowell. A Blackhawks
cup is not listed on the page, but one can still be made. Cost is $20 per cup. These cups would be a great Valentines gift for your Blackhawk fan!
