Did you notice the December “Share How
You Care” display in the hall way by the office? The 4th and 5th grade
students have filled out the red and green elves and invite you to grab a white
one and fill it out! We hope to see
elves all the way to the gym by the end of this month!

Stats from the varsity Ladies Game: SC/W 66 SBA 51 Leaders: Abby Doering 16 points and
14 rebounds; Tesa Jensen 14 points, Tristan Ziebart 13 points , 8 assists,
and 4 steals; Megan Poyer 7 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists; Sarah Morgan 7
points and 4 assists; and Madi Moody 6 points.
The 7/8th Girls and
the 7/8th and C Team boys travel to Howard today for games. They will use 2 gyms. 7th girls tip off at 6:00 followed
by 8th girls at the HS. The
7/8th boys tip off at 6:00 followed by the C Team boys at 7:00 in
the Armory.

Exciting
news! The Mt. Vernon and Plankinton Youth Wrestling Programs are consolidating
to create one cohesive Titan Youth Wrestling Program. The Titan Youth Wrestling
Program is open to boys and girls - Grades Pre-K to 6th. Children from
surrounding communities are welcome to come out and join in the fun. We would
love to have you on the team! - First Practice Tuesday, December 12th.
6:00 Beginners, 6:30 Advanced. - There will be a short parent/coach
meeting on Tuesday, December 12th at 7:30 p.m. More information can be found

COMMUNITY
The
Artesian Area WWTS (Walking With the Savior) youth group Christmas program is
scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 6:30 pm at the Artesian
First Lutheran Church. Jesus’ birthday will also be celebrated.
Lunch will be served following the program. Everyone is welcome.
The
Artesian Community Improvement Association will be holding their annual Ham
Drawing/Membership Drive on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Artesian Community
Center. Supper will be served at 6:30pm, with drawings and a visit from Santa
Claus to follow!
Sanborn
County 4-H Blue Group will be sponsoring a Community Christmas Party Saturday,
December 16th at the Letcher Community Center. A soup and
sandwich supper will begin at 6:00 followed by Bingo with prizes!
Everyone is invited to help them celebrate the season!
