Orange Day

Good Luck to the Lady Blackhawks as they host MV/Plank today in Woonsocket.  The 7^th grade starts the evening off at 4:00 followed by the 8^th, C, JV and Varsity teams.   If you can’t attend, tune in to Santel channel 104 for the live broadcast.

Pep Band plays tonight.  Mr. Kroeger asks that you be there by 6:45.

ATHLETICS

Due to Football play offs with Mt.Vernon/Plank at Sanborn Central on Tuesday, October 27^th there has been a change in 5/6^th basketball practice.  There will be no practice October 27^th in Woonsocket as scheduled but we have added practice on November 2^nd at Woonsocket.

Join the Blackhawk Winterguard for a tailgate supper at Sanborn Central on Tuesday October 27th as we host the football playoff game!  They will be serving burgers, chips and drinks from 5:45 pm until gone. Burger meal for $5, $6 for cheeseburger meal, and $3 for an additional cheeseburger. Meal includes- burger, chips, and pop.

Kool 98 http://kool98.com/  and Q107 http://q107radio.com/ will be both broadcasting all of our playoff games as long as we keep winning. 

Reminder that activity passes for the 1st round football game on Tuesday night will not be accepted. Admission for the game is $7 for adults and $5 for students. 

Parking around the field is reserved for Senior Citizens and the handicapped.  Thanks for being considerate.

Our All State Chorus members will be making the trip to Rapid City this weekend.  Be sure to tune into SDPB for the live concert beginning at 7:00 pm CST on Saturday, October 31^st. We are so proud of each of you for your dedication to learning your music – Tamra Mann, Breanne Brandenburg, Devin Garrett, and Byron Jessen!
