Sealed bids will be accepted weekdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm at the office of the Business Manager at the Sanborn Central School.  Bids will be opened at the regular school board meeting on April 14, 2014 that begins at 5:00pm in the Conference Room.

Today’s teacher high light is Mr. McCain.  He graduated from Howard High School and Dakota Wesleyan University and due to the influence of his high school teachers and his desire to be involved in high school athletics, he chose to become a teacher.  Mr. McCain, we are so happy that you chose to spend 28 years at Sanborn Central!  Every day Mr. McCain looks forward to the interaction with students and staff.  He likes finding a way for students to understand and grow in their knowledge, leading them to becoming valuable members of society.  Mr. McCain and his wife own a café in Mitchell – they let him do dishes – not cook!  He enjoys golf and boating during the summer.  Mr. McCain also has 4 grandchildren that he enjoys spending time with.
