All things raised will be kept at the school for kids when needed starting November 3rd and going through November 24th. They are looking for spray deodorant, toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, feminine hygiene products, hair ties, waterproof winter gloves, winter coats, new or gently used sweatpants and sweat shirts (sixes adult s-xl) ANYTHING HELPS! My name is Tori Hoffman and for my senior project I will be hosting a Medical Career Camp. This camp will show middle schoolers different options in the medical field. Here are the results/stats from the McGovern Invite that some of the oral interp kids participated in.

We were the only B school in attendance among the 23 schools, where most participants are working toward national recognition due to AA school status. They had very tough competition, so I'm very proud of how well they did. 

• The readers' theatre group (Ian, Miley, Hudson, and Riley) received 7^th (missing finals round by one place)
• Olivia received 19^th in humorous (had her best overall points and round ranking scores this season)
• Lucy Applegarth received 36^th in poetry (had her best overall point scores this season)
• The duet of Madi Morris and Kenzie Uecker received 37^th (survived their first-ever slightly overwhelming competition, even taking the time to make changes to their piece halfway through the competition)

Snack Pack Program

Dear 11^th Grade Parents and Guardians,

Today, all juniors will be taking the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) during the school day. Testing will take place in my room at the start of the day and will take up to two hours to complete.

The ASVAB is a career exploration assessment that measures students’ strengths and abilities in a variety of academic and technical areas. While it is often associated with military entrance qualification, it is also a valuable career planning tool for all students - helping them discover their strengths and connect them with potential career paths. For students who are interested in joining the military, the ASVAB score can be used for military entrance qualification and to determine benefits.

Please note that the ASVAB does not affect grades, GPA, or class standing, and results are not reported on transcripts.

At a later date following the exam, I will meet with students to review their individual results and explore how their skills and interests align with possible career options.

The Kids are rocking through 50 days of school, and with that said preschool through 5th grade will celebrate the completion of 50 days on Wednesday, today with dress up in '50''s attire. Boys wear your hair slicked back, white t-shirt, leather denim jacket, rolled jeans and black and white shoes. Girls a pony tail and scarf, cat eye glasses, poodle skirt, neck scarf, sweater, and black and white shoes. It's going to be a hip hop kind of party!

Last night the 7th grade VB team lost in 3 and the 8th grade won in 3 vs. Iroquois.

The VB ladies will compete in their last regular season game this evening. We will host at Sanborn Central vs. MVP starting with 7th grade at 4PM followed by 8th, C, JV and V. The pep band will also play.

The 5th and 6th boys will practice at Woonsocket this evening and the girls 5/6 practice has been moved to Thursday.
