The 7-12 Volleyball team practices at SC today at 1:45.
JH/HS Football practices at 4:00 today in Woonsocket.
The large Blackhawk Sports Calendars were set out at Back
to School Night. If you didn’t pick one
up or no of someone who would like one, please stop by the office. contact mary.ackman@k12.sd.us
Please note - Until the ala carte permission forms are
returned (they are in your packet of forms) there will be no ala carte items
served to your students. We do not want anyone charged for items that
they parents haven't given permission. If you don't find the form in your
packet, please call the school and we will send another one home.
Reminder – Staff & Students PreK-12: Pictures will be taken this Friday, August 22nd
with staff starting at 7:45.
Yearbooks have arrived – if you haven’t received yours,
please let Mary know. If you didn’t get
your order placed, but would like one, a few are available for $36.00 - Contact
the office if interested.
From Mr. Kroeger: In order to have a
successful day at band camp and to keep downtime to a minimum, we will be
serving a light lunch on Saturday. I need a few items donated in order to make
this happen. I also need 5 people to help with the uniform fitting throughout
the day. If you can help out in any way, please email me at brett.kroeger@k12.sd.us

Football Help
Wanted
1) Someone that would be interested in doing stats for football and maybe
even someone to video tape. Contact Mr.
Flatten
2) Looking for volunteers to
help with the football game on August 29 at Forestburg vs. Kimball/White Lake. I need help with the chain gang and someone that would be willing

left! The Blackhawk Volleyball team invites you to show your Blackhawk
Pride by sporting one of their new T-shirts this season. All profits will
go to Tanna Kingsbury. The T-shirt is a gray short sleeved one with an
inspiring logo. All orders need to be in no later than Friday, August
