Blackhawks – two of our athletes have been chosen as members of the Q107 Elite

update: Saturday’s Varsity and JV
doubleheader has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled. Our next action
will be Tuesday night in Springs when there will be a Varsity- JV doubleheader
with Redfield starting at 5:30.
Coach
Flatten and Coach Henriksen are offering a summer training program for any
interested athletes entering grades 7-12.

MUSIC
The
2018 vocal contest for 5th-8th grade students will be held on Wednesday, May
9th in the music room. The contest will begin at 1:45. Notes are
being sent home this week with the schedule.

Huron Disc
Golf League will begin regular season play on Sunday, May 6th at 3:00 pm at
Memorial Park Disc Golf Course in Huron and will continue through the summer.
League season fees are $15. Contact Huron Disc Golf Club on Facebook for

8 and under softball will start practice on Monday, May
14th in Letcher at 6:00pm. They will also practice in Artesian
on Wednesday, May 16th at 6:00pm. Any questions, please

Sanborn County 4-H & Farmers Union Camp will be held
on Tuesday, May 22nd at the 4-H Building for ages 6-13. Forms
will be sent home with students and are due back by May 17th.
