It was a great start to the basketball season for all the Blackhawks! State for the Lady Blackhawks: JV Girls - Blackhawks 52 SBA 15 - Leaders: Sara Morgan 13 points and 5 assists, Abby Doering 12 points and 8 rebounds, Tristan Ziebart 8 points and 4 steals. Varsity 62-42: Leaders: Myah Selland 29 points, 14 rebounds, 7 steals and 4 assists, Morgan Selland 11 points and 7 rebounds.
JH Boys games with Howard scheduled for tonight have been postponed until January 9, 2015.

Friday, December 19th begins our Semester Testing. HS students only need to be at school for the periods that a test is being given or the instructor requires you to be here. Students that plan on eating here, should let Joyce know.

The Super Sofa!! You can purchase a ticket to sit on the sofa with up to 3 friends for a single home game. 2 names will be drawn for double headers. Each ticket is $5, you may purchase as many as you would like with the funds going to the junior class. This should be great fun for elementary through adults! The Artesian Community Improvement Association will be holding their annual Ham Drawing/Membership Drive on Friday, December 19th, 2014 at the Artesian Community Center. Supper will be served at 6:30. Drawings and a visit from Santa will follow! Membership dues are $20 a couple and go towards summer youth programs and community events.
