Because of COVID-19, South Dakota's K-12 schools are using distance learning on a regular basis.  Some students do not have access to their schoolwork at home because of a lack of internet connectivity.  The K-12 Connect program provides free internet service to eligible K-12 students in their homes for the 20-21 school year.  Eligible households must meet all of the following requirements.
*Must have at least one student currently enrolled in an accredited South Dakota K-12 School
*Must NOT have internet services in the home as of July 1, 2020
*Enrollment closes November 20th, 2020

SC Covid Information
With the sudden increase in Covid cases in the county and surrounding areas Sanborn Central has decided to move to Phase 2.  In this phase 2 (Blue Phase) face coverings will be required by all within the school, and within school vehicles.  With this new phase the school will provide "masks breaks" when appropriate.

News from Mrs. Foxley
Seniors - Take advantage of Free College Application Week, it ends today.  Please talk to Mrs. Foxley if you have any questions.

Dual credit applications for next semester are open. Juniors and seniors interested in taking dual credit classes for the Spring 2021 semester, please come talk to Mrs. Foxley.

Extra Curricular

The following student will be attending the region music festival in Platte on Tuesday, November 17th: Morgan H, Chayda J, Cami E, Evan E, Caleb K, Payton U, Teagen M, Tori H, Aubrey M, and Alex S.
Students will depart Sanborn Central at 6:30 am and will arrive back at approximately 5:30 pm. 

All festival students should turn their $7.00 lunch money in to Mrs. Hofer asap.

Here is the boys open gym schedule. I have worked around the Girls open gym schedule and the girls practices.
All of the times will be afterschool.

Open gym is not mandatory for junior high and high school girls, we are just providing an opportunity to get in the gym before the official season begins.

*All JH football players should bring their equipment to hand in to Coach Flatten.


Sanborn Central VB players, please turn in your clean uniforms to Coach Wilson.

Football Cheerleaders need to return their uniforms to Shelley ASAP!!!
There should be 2 sets---skirts/top and sweatsuit outfit!!!!
