Orange Day-Welcome Back
Congrats to Noah Dickson on scoring his 1,000th career point to lead the Blackhawk’s to a victory over Miller at the Huron Classic!

Tears, Kleenex, Laughter, Chocolate, Hugs, Cards, Gifts, Memories filled this “Medicare” Lady’s heart these past weeks.  Students (past and present), families, co-workers, and all of Blackhawk Nation will always bring fond memories as well as hold a special place in my heart.  Thank you for allowing me to cheer on your children and get to know you.School wasn’t just my job, it was part of my life and now it’s……. No more Reading, Riting, Rithmetic – Just Relaxation and Retirement!

Destroy Illusions school assembly will be January 9th at 9:30AM in Woony.  This will be for grades 6-12 and the bus will leave around 9:15AM
The Destroy Illusions School Assembly is unique from any assembly you have ever had! The creative approach to touch on a variety of topics during one assembly has been proven by over 3 million students to be an effective way to challenge ALL the students in the audience. Tom Coverly gets to the root issues and will destroy the illusions and lies young people are believing and remind them of truth and reality. Students will leave the assembly having more self worth, wanting to respect others more, choosing integrity, character, desiring to make wiser choices, stand up against bullying, appreciate the gift of life and see their life with a new found purpose!
If Tom Coverly had to sum up his assembly in one word it would be, "RESPECT".  He focuses on respecting yourself, your peers and those in authority.
