They all recieved excellent ratings from the Brookings contest Monday. Alexis (both duo and mon) and Lily will be moving on the districts on November 1st!

Monday, October 29th #10 Mitchell @ #7DRSM and #9 Howard @ #8 ORR starting at 7pm.
· Tuesday, October 30th we will start play following the match that starts at 5:00. The set-up will be the same with the #1 Chester vs. winner of #8ORR and #9 Howard at 5pm then 20 minutes later #2 Ethan will play the winner between #7 DRSM and #10 Mitchell Christian (this will be in the main gym). In the other gym starting at 5pm will be #4 Sanborn/Woonsocket vs. #5 Hanson then #3 ELB vs #6 CE.
· Thursday, November 1st matches will start at 5pm with the winner of the #1 and #8/#9 vs winner of #4 and #5 then 20 minutes after that match will be the 2nd Region 4 match between #2/#7/#10 and #3/#6. Madison High School will then play after the 2nd match.
· Matches on Thursday will be live streamed but NOT on Tuesday.
· Cost is $6 and $4; and there if an extra $1.35 fee for buying on-line per tickets.
November 13th more games are added to the 5/6th basketball schedule.
There will be 2 shortened girls games and 2 shortened boys games with a starting time of 5:15 for the girls and the boys following at 6:30. The games will be played in Woonsocket.

The Artesian CIA is hosting Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 28 from 3:00-4:00pm in the Artesian Community Center parking lot. Anyone interested in decorating a trunk is invited to come early to set up and join in on the Halloween fun!

Harvest Festival to be Held at Artesian First Lutheran—
The annual Harvest Festival will be held at Artesian First Lutheran following the 11:00 am worship service on October 28th. Church members have the opportunity to make a special donation to church in place of the church supper that was held in years past. There will also be a bazaar table with new, white elephant and baked goods available. Casady Dean, daughter of Clayton and Lanette Dean, and Noah Wormstadt, son of Marty and Tambi Wormstadt will be confirmed and Luke Bechen, son of Kacy and Ryan Bechen will be baptized during the church service. There will be a potluck dinner following the worship service in their honor. October is also Pastor Appreciation Month, so everyone can give their thanks and good wishes to Pastor Josh, Marti and their girls for their ministry at First Lutheran. What a fun day to look forward to. Everyone is welcome.
On Wednesday, Oct. 31st (Halloween) Artesian Area WWTS will have a “movie night” with the feature movie being MOSES. The fun will begin at 5:30 pm and conclude at 7:15 pm. All area youth ages K-6th
Grade are welcome to attend and wear their Halloween costumes. Each family is asked to bring a snack to share. Parents are welcome also.

Celebrate Veterans Day on November 11, 2018 at 12pm at the Artesian Community Center. The meal is free to veterans and the American Legion Auxiliary is asking for free will donation for other guests.
