ACADEMICS
Next week
the high school students will be taking semester tests. Tuesday the 19th is Blue testing
and Wednesday the 20th is Orange testing. All students with F’s will need to be at
school for the entire day. Students with
passing grades need to be here only for the classes that tests are given or the
teacher has requested that you attend.

The JH
teams have games starting at 6:00 on Friday in Wessington Springs. The bus will leave SC at 5:00
The 3/4th
girls practice at Woonsocket Saturday at 10:00.
The JV
Boys will play at the MCM Jamboree on Saturday.
We play V-H Black at 9:00 in the elementary gym.

COMMUNITY
The
Artesian Area WWTS (Walking With the Savior) youth group Christmas program is
scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 13th at 6:30 pm at the Artesian
First Lutheran Church. Jesus’ birthday will also be celebrated.
Lunch will be served following the program. Everyone is welcome.
The
Artesian Community Improvement Association will be holding their annual Ham
Drawing/Membership Drive on Friday, December 15, 2017 at the Artesian Community
Center. Supper will be served at 6:30pm, with drawings and a visit from Santa
Claus to follow!
Sanborn
County 4-H Blue Group will be sponsoring a Community Christmas Party Saturday,
December 16th at the Letcher Community Center. A soup and
sandwich supper will begin at 6:00 followed by Bingo with prizes!
Everyone is invited to help them celebrate the season!
