Good Luck Lady Blackhawks against Ethan in Madison tonight!  HS students will leave at approximately 2:00 (wait for the all call) to attend a Pep Rally in Woonsocket.  The player bus will leave here at approximately 3:10.  BLACKHAWK FEVER!

There are NO FACEMASKS ALLOWED tonight at the volleyball game.

FB practice will be in Woonsocket today.

Wishing these students the Best of Luck tomorrow at the District Oral Interp: Noah Dickson, Samantha Dean, Katie Schmit, Amber Schelske, Renee Farmer and Madi Moody. You will leave SC at 7:45.

There will be a Winter Guard meeting for any band students (7th-12th grade) interested in joining November 2 at 5:30 here at Sanborn.

Friday – November 3rd Sanborn Central will host a Pep Rally at 2:30 to send the FB team off to the final playoff game.

There has been a large pile of lost and found (including shoes and water bottles) invading the office for weeks.  I’ve set them in the hallway the last two mornings for students to see as they enter the building.  If you are missing anything – please have your child stop in the office.  They are leaving the building on Thursday!!!!

SCEA is working to collect clean, gently used warm coats and winter accessories from now until November 4th. The process is simple: you drop off your extra coat(s) in the box at Sanborn Central and SCEA takes care of the rest. All donated coats will be cleaned and made available for distribution to Sanborn Central students in need.     Mrs. Farmer

Mitchell Wesleyan Church is excited to announce that we will be holding our 2nd Annual Family Fall Blast! Last year’s event was a huge success, with over 1,600 people attending. It is our desire is to continue offering a safe, fun, and family-friendly place to enjoy Halloween in our community, regardless of what the weather is like outside.

Blue Day

5/6th G/B practice at Woonsocket today.

VB practices at SC today.  Tuesday the bus will leave at 3pm from Woony and 3:10 at Sanborn. Play at 5pm in Madison.  We’ve also received word that the Region VB games will be live streamed.

FB practices at Woonsocket today.

3rd & 4th grade boys will have practice tonight in Woonsocket @ 6:00 pm.

There will be a VB Pep Rally in Woonsocket tomorrow as we send them off to district play.  HS students will leave here around 2:00 (All Call)

Tomorrow is a school spirit day as the Lady Blackhawks head to VB regions.

Orange Day
Happy Birthday Ethan McGuire!  Sunday Caleb Kneen and Sawyer Senska will celebrate!

Good Luck to the 5/6th Girls and Boys as they travel to Ethan.  The girls will play 2 games followed by 2 boys’ games with a 6:00 tip off.

Varsity VB practices at SC today.  No practice on Saturday since we don't play on Monday.  Monday practice at SC.  Tuesday the bus will leave at 3pm from Woony and 3:10 at Sanborn. Play at 5pm in Madison.  We’ve also received word that the Region VB games will be live streamed – more to follow!

FB will have a team meeting in Woonsocket today.

It has been confirmed that WWSSC will play the 3rd round of the FB playoffs at Sioux Fall Christian on Friday, November 3 will be at 7:00 pm AT THE Bob Young Stadium

HELPING
SCEA is working to collect clean, gently used warm coats and winter accessories from now until November 4th. The process is simple: you drop off your extra coat(s) in the box at Sanborn Central and SCEA takes care of the rest. All donated coats will be cleaned and made available for distribution to Sanborn Central students in need.     Mrs. Farmer

Mitchell Wesleyan Church is excited to announce that we will be holding our 2nd Annual Family Fall Blast! Last year’s event was a huge success, with over 1,600 people attending. It is our desire is to continue offering a safe, fun, and family-friendly place to enjoy Halloween in our community, regardless of what the weather is like outside.

Veterans Day dinner Sunday November 12, 2017 at 12pm at the Artesian Community Center.  The dinner is free for veterans and all others we ask a free will donation.  The dinner is sponsored by the Artesian American Legion Auxiliary and Legion.  Please RSVP to Laura Pearson at 605-999-2139 if you are planning on attending.
