The 4th of July FFA BBQ is one of SC/W FFA’s biggest fundraisers, bringing in over $3000 in gross sales. It is important that our members come help at this big activity. However, the FFA also understands that on the 4th of July many our members will take trips away from Sanborn County. The FFA officer team voted to adopt the following rules for this fundraiser:
Members who do not help with the 4th of July fundraiser will either:
1. Be required to help at the football tailgating fundraiser and have their fruit sales requirement increased by $150
2. Have their fruit sales requirement increased by $250
NOTE: This last year our fruit sales required sales was $200. Failure to meet this fundraising requirement will eliminate members from participating in FFA Springs CDEs and the FFA State Convention.
