Cody Ruml, Myah Selland, Maddie Vermeulen, Hand Haley Zoss…………..

Students with failing grades or missing assignments are required to be here
during non-testing time. Students
not testing should report to the HS Lab.
Be sure to sign in and out.
EVERYTHING IN THE LOCKER ROOMS MUST BE
OUT MONDAY or it’s gone!!!!
HS
students do not need to come Tuesday, May 16th unless you still need
to check out.

practice at SC today. May 15th practice will be at 11:15 for
SC athletes. May 16th practice will be at 10:00 for SC athletes & May
17th there will be a joint practice at Wessington Springs at 9:00 a.m.

ATHLETICS
Off-Season
Training Program at Sanborn Central For any interested Blackhawk athletes in
grades 7-12 7-9
A.M. 4 days a week, when possible, for interested
athletes. Athletes will work on speed,
acceleration, & overall conditioning.
Athletes will work on building strength & power in the weight
room. The program will be run by Coach
Flatten. This is not an open training
time. Athletes will be required to
follow the program developed by SC coaches.
Athletes will have time at the end of the session to work on individual
sports

REMINDER:
The FFA Banquet will
be held at Sanborn Central next Monday, May 15th starting at 6 p.m. The meal
will be a potluck with the following assignments: 9th/10th:
Main Dish and 11th/12th: Salad/Desserts
BOOSTER CLUB
The
Booster Club is looking for someone to take over the Concession Stand
Supervisor position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the
following: ordering supplies, preparing food, clean up after all home
games, creating a worker schedule, etc. If you are interested or have

5K Run/Walk
Registration Due Friday, May 26th
We will be
doing a run/walk again this year during Letcher Alumni weekend. This year our
walk will be for Childhood Cancer. We will be doing the event In Memory of Tanna
and In Honor of Paisley King. The run/walk will be held on Saturday June
10th at 10:00 a.m. in Letcher! We hope to see everyone there! If you would just
like a shirt we still need you to fill out the form
