It’s time to start getting numbers for our summer baseball programs. Right now, we are planning on having 13-14 teeners (can’t be 15 before May 1), and Jr Legion (must be born in 2000 or after). The Blackhawk Track Team competed at the SBA Relays in
Huron yesterday. The boys finished 5th with 73 points and the girls also
finished 5th with 74 points.
High finishes of the meet: Myah Selland finshed
1st in the high jump with a jump of 5'2 for a personal best and
highest in Class B so far this year. She finished 1st in 800M (2:43.8) &
1st in 300M Hurdles (50.6). Spens Schlicht won the 800M (2:17.8) &
Jared Goldammer finished 3rd (2:19.9). Kyla Morgan finshed 2nd in the
100M (13.6). Sawyer Senska finished 3rd in high jump (5'5).
The girls 800M Relay took second (1:57.9) (Kyla Morgan, Megan Poyer,
Sarah Morgan & Myah Selland).

COMMUNITY
The Annual Artesian CIA Easter
Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, April 15th at 10 am at the Artesian Community
Center. All are welcome! Rumor has it that the Easter Bunny will be
making an appearance!!!
The annual Easter Bake Sale sponsored by the Artesian First
Lutheran ladies will be held Saturday, April 15th from 9:30 -11:00 am at the Artesian
Community Center. Coffee, lemonade, and rolls will be served. First
Lutheran Quilters will also have regular and baby size quilts for sale.
This event is held in conjunction with the CIA Easter Egg Hunt. Bring
your child/grandchildren for a morning of fun.
The Shrine Circus in Huron will be held on Monday, April 17th at 2:00 and 6:00 pm. Tickets are available in the office!
The
