Winterguard
Update!!!! Because
of several members unable to make it to Winterguard practice today, we will
have a shortened practice at Woonsocket right after school. Please meet in the
Woonsocket Music room. Practice will be 345pm to 545pm. Thursday practice has been moved to SC!
The cast
and crew of the One Act Play will perform it on Friday, February 3rd at 2:30 for students and staff
grades 6-12. Please dismiss the cast and
crew at 2:00.

Tater—1 reb, 1 ast We shot 31/53 FG for 59% and 5/13 FT for
39%. We had 26 rebounds and 27 assists on our 31 field goals.
Coach Olson’s comments: The boys continue to share the ball extremely
well and spread the scoring around. Our defensive effort will have to
improve but the boys were sure having fun playing offense last night and played
with a lot of energy on that end. This group enjoys playing for and with
each other and is a big reason for our success. We will have to be ready
to play a good Hanson team tonight.
Due to
availability number #15 UA QUALIFIER 1/4 ZIP in the fan cloth flyer has to be
changed to BLACK instead of RED
Another Blackhawk Gear order will
be placed on February 1st, 2017 (even though the flyer says
1/23/17). Orders due at noon on the 1st –
absolutely no late orders!!!! Order forms are available in the

The National FFA Scholarship,
FFA Star Candidates and Applications are due February 1st.
CARING
The SC School Spirit Club will be hosting Bouquets for Babies/Kandygrams for Kiddos for Valentine's
Day. All proceeds of this
fundraiser will be split between the Adema family and the King family.
Bouquets of assorted roses will be sold
for $25
a dozen. Kandygrams will be sold for $2.
Both can be distributed to students on Valentine's Day or arrangements
can be made for pick up/delivery if needed. Please contact/email Tracy
Moody to place orders. 20 dozen roses have been ordered and will be sold
on a first come/first served basis. Orders can also be filled out at the

RESCHEDULED BOOK SALE
THE
FRIENDS OF THE WOONSOCKET COMMUNITY LIBRARY are having a used book
sale at
the Woonsocket School Commons on Tuesday, January 31st will run
from
11:30 am to 8:00 pm in conjunction with Hanson vs. Sanborn Central
Woonsocket
basketball games. There are lots of Children through Adult
hard
cover and paperback books, some magazines, videos, audio and 1952,
53, 54,
55, 56 Woonsocket School Annuals.
The
purchase price is a monetary donation to the Friends of the
Library.
