Blackhawk Fans…. the Rustlers are coming to the SC gym for a double header tonight.  The JV girls tip off at 4:00 followed by the JVB, VG, and VB.   The little cheerleaders will perform at half to the varsity girls game.  GO BLACKHAWKS!!!!            Pep Band will not play for the Ethan games as previously scheduled.

Breaking news…………..We’ve just been informed that tonight will be our first official broadcast on the SC Cube!!!!!  http://thecube.com/e/710917

Tonight (Ethan Double Header/Baked Potatos for Paisley) a large crowd is anticipated.  We ask that the JV and Varsity girl and boy players park your cars in front of the school on the north side before the games begin – THANK YOU!

Congratulations to the SCW Winterguard for their 3rd place finish in Minnesota on Saturday!

A big thank you to all the assistants and participants who made the 1st Fuel Up to Play 60 Family Night a success!

ATHLETICS
The boys Blackhawks moved their record to 8-3 with a win over a strong Colman-Egan team at the DSU Classic on Saturday.  Helping were:  Trent-(triple-double)  11pts,12 reb, 10 ast,2 st   Trevor—16 pts,1 reb, 3 ast, 1 st   Trey—10 pts, 2 reb, 4 ast, 1 st   Logun—15 pts,1 ast, 1 st   Garrett—1 st     Shaun—6 pts, 1 reb, 1 ast   Wyatt—12 pts, 12 reb,2 blk   Noah—2 pts,2 reb    We shot 28/54 FG for 52% and 8/12 FT for 67%.    We outrebounded them 30-29 and had 19 assists on our 28 FG.  Coach Olson’s comments:  Colman-Egan is a top team and will make a run for the state tourney.  We started off a little rusty after a 10 day layoff especially defensively but the boys responded to the challenge and played a super 2nd half.  We actually led by double figures but they hit some long 3-pointers to keep it close.  We had great balance with 5 players scoring double figures. It is a good start to a challenging week for the Blackhawks.  We are looking forward to a full week of games.

Due to availability number #15 UA QUALIFIER 1/4 ZIP in the fan cloth flyer has to be changed to BLACK instead of RED
