Blue Day – No Tutoring
Good Luck Lady Blackhawks!!!! 281 Tournament begins tonight. The Blackhawks play SBA at 6:00 in our gym!

Basketball begins today with practice in Woonsocket. All SC players – please take your BOOK Bags
with your homework to the Ag room after school.
You will leave them there until you return from practice. You will load the bus out the commons door. Listen to your coaches, practice
sportsmanship, and have fun!!!!
7/8th
VB will practice at SC until 5:00 tonight.
Next week you will follow the HS practice schedule.

Football in Woonsocket today – No JH practice as the coaches are gone!

anyone is looking for Community Service hours – you can help unload the Food
Truck in Woonsocket on October 5th.

ACADEMICS
The
Local Oral Interp Contest will be held Monday, October 3rd beginning
at 8:30am.
The
following students will be gone on Tuesday, October 4th: Kayla O, Maddie V, Sarah M, and Koby L
These
students will be gone on Wednesday, October 5th: Breanne B, Madi M, Renee
F, Adriana S, Byron J, Cole M, Koby L, and Weston B.
Friday,
October 7th is extra help day.
All students with missing assignments or failing grades will need to be
at school from 8:00-11:00 that day. We
will need lists of missing assignments by noon on Wednesday, October 5th
for student notification. Thursday,
October 6th we will need an update by noon as parent notification
begins at 1:00. Teachers – please be
sure to mark missing assignments with an “M” so they show up!

the JH VB plays are in the CBH Tournament which begins at 9:00am. We play MVP Black the 2nd game in
the north gym!
Chorus
Tickets for the All-State Chorus and Orchestra performance
will go on sale on October 18th. Schools will be notified of their quartet
section assignments, as well as their participating members in the orchestra by
October 18th. Once the orchestra audition results are released, you may send in
your ticket requests to the Denny Sanford Premier Center Box Office. Ticket
prices will be: $19 - Reserved Sections,
$14 – Adults, $8 - Students

the Sanborn County Food Pantry is doing another Food Give Away!!!! You can pick up starting at 5:30 (Sorry no
early pick- ups). Volunteers are welcome
