Good Luck to the Lady Blackhawks as
they are on the road to Bridgewater tonight. The 7th grade girls will serve at
4:00 followed by 8th, C, JV, and Varsity. The bus will leave here at 2:45 with 7th
thru C players and at 4:25 for JV and varsity.
Just a
reminder that Mr. Kroeger is gone today.
No Band or lessons! Study halls will be held instead - 8th grade will
report to Mrs. Coulthard at 11:35, 9-12 Band to the gym, 6th will
report to Ms. Farrell-Poncelet, and 7th to Mrs. Ischen.

Due to
Football play offs with Mt.Vernon/Plank at Sanborn Central on Tuesday, October
27th there has been a change
in 5/6th basketball practice.
There will be no practice October 27th in Woonsocket as
scheduled but we have added practice on November 2nd at Woonsocket.
Join the Blackhawk Winterguard for a tailgate supper at Sanborn
Central on Tuesday October 27th as we host the football playoff game!
They will be serving burgers, chips and drinks from 5:45 pm until gone. Burger
meal for $5, $6 for cheeseburger meal, and $3 for an additional cheeseburger.
Meal includes- burger, chips, and pop.
Parking around the field is reserved for Senior Citizens and the
handicapped. Thanks for being
considerate.

The
Booster Club is looking for any volunteers to help with concessions at Tuesday
night's playoff game. If we get enough help, we would like to offer some
food/drink at our outside concession stand. Please contact Tracy Moody if

FFA
FFA Fruit Sales has begun! Be on the
lookout for an FFA Member to place your order. If you would like to place
an order and have not been visited before, contact Mr. Gross at the school and
he will send an FFA Member your way. Thank you for your continued support
of the FFA and Agricultural Education in our schools!
The SC/W FFA membership voted $20 individual
dues at the October chapter meeting. Please get your dues in to the
business manager or Mr. Gross by Nov. 30th.
COMMUNITY
Please keep in mind that we are collecting
turkey stamps from Coburn’s and the stamps from County Fair to donate turkeys
to the local food pantry!
