25 years ago Mrs. Reimer joined the staff at our school district.  She is a graduate of Huron and Huron College who had a teacher who encouraged her to go into teaching.  She truly loves children and teaching was definitely the right career choice or her!  She looks forward to so many things each day – the opportunity to influence a child, the use of technology to expose her students to so much information, the daily hugs, and interaction with her peers!  Mrs. Reimer is a shopaholic who loves to travel and has been to 37 states.  She has set a goal of setting foot in all US major league baseball stadiums.  If you had Mrs. Reimer as a teacher you would know that she absolutely loves dogs and anything to do with water.  Recently dogs and water moved to 2nd place with the addition of a grandson, Bentley, to the family.  Mrs. Reimer, thank you for devoting so many years to the Sanborn Central students.

We will be doing an update to Infinite Campus this weekend to address a problem with the Scheduling Wizard.  All sites will be taken down Friday, Apr 4th at approximately 5pm CST with the plan to have everything back online by Sunday, Apr 6th no later than 11pm. During this time Infinite Campus will be unavailable for all users including parents/students

We are thrilled that Miss Tanna Kingsbury, Tehra Scott, and Joni Rasmussen have been chosen as co-chairs for the Mitchell Heart & Sole Cancer Walk to be held June 20th at the Mitchell Middle School.   Sanborn Central has proudly hosted a camp site for the past several years and will be doing so once again.  We will be selling luminaries to raise money for our Camp site April 10th thru the 17th.  Luminary forms can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxqWDgwTHOqeMEZXR1RraHRiM1E/edit?usp=sharing or are available in the office.    Team Camp Information can be found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxqWDgwTHOqeZ1BoN21vQVBoSHM/edit?usp=sharing             Questions please contact Mary Ackman at mary.ackman@k12.sd.us or Kelly Selland at castaway@santel.net
