The Blackhawk Boys BB team defeated a strong Hitchcock-Tulare team by the score of 62-56. Helping the cause—Dillon Moore 18 pts, Davion Brooks 17 pts & 15 reb,  Tucker Kingsbury 8 pts, 6 reb & 6 assists, Brady Tiede 8 pts & 6 reb.  FG 20-48 for 42%, FT 21-30 for 70%, rebounding advantage 40-21. Boys record is now 4-0.  JV won 45-29.  Coach Olson’s comments:  The boys had to grind one out.  We were not as sharp as we would have liked to be but some is to be expected with the long holiday break.  We are continuing to try different combinations of players on the floor and have a luxury of a good bench to try and wear teams down.  We will find out a great deal about our team in our next few weeks’ games.
